Our Business
Sabino Property Care is operated by Sabino Property Care LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we," "us"). We are a mobile property care company serving Tucson, Arizona and surrounding communities, including Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Catalina Foothills, Casas Adobes, Tanque Verde, Rita Ranch, Vail, Sahuarita, and other nearby areas. Sabino Property Care does not maintain a public office. All services are performed on-site by appointment.
Quotes & Estimates
Quote requests submitted through this website are estimates only until confirmed. Final pricing is determined after reviewing your property and specific service needs, and is communicated to you before work begins. Written quotes are valid for 30 days. If the scope of work changes after a quote is given — for example, conditions discovered on site that differ materially from what was quoted — we will re-quote the affected work and obtain your approval before performing it.
Scope of Services
Each service we perform is scoped individually. Work outside the agreed scope — including but not limited to appliance repair, HVAC repair, electrical work, or plumbing — is outside what we provide, and will be identified and discussed with you separately if discovered during a service.
Payment
Invoicing occurs after work is completed and approved. Payment is due upon completion. Invoices unpaid after 15 days may accrue a late charge, and reasonable costs of collection may be added to amounts owed. Accepted payment methods are described on our Contact page.
Scheduling, Weather & Access
Life happens — you may reschedule or cancel any appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice by call or text. For same-day cancellations or missed appointments, we may require a deposit to schedule future work. If weather or site conditions prevent us from doing quality work, we will reschedule promptly at no charge to you, and weather-related changes never count against you. Single-service care plans (such as turf or window plans) may be paused or canceled at any time with notice before your next scheduled visit — no fees. Home Care Memberships are annual agreements governed by their membership agreement. Additional details are outlined in our Service Agreement.
Pre-Existing Conditions
Cleaning and care services can reveal, but does not cause, pre-existing damage or wear — for example, hard-water etching or scratches on glass, brittle or failing seals and screens, existing damage to turf backing or seams, oxidized or sun-damaged surfaces, and worn appliance or door components. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, including those that become more visible after cleaning. Where practical, we will point out pre-existing conditions we notice before or during service.
Property Damage Claims
We treat your property with care. If you believe our work caused damage to your property, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion, with photographs where possible, so we can inspect the affected area. We will review any claim promptly and in good faith. Prompt notice matters: it allows us to see the condition before it changes and to make things right quickly.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. To the same extent, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute arising out of or relating to our services or these Terms will be resolved in the state courts located in Pima County, Arizona.

This website and its content are provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that all content is free of errors at all times.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
